@htownlithium I totally agree, this video is meant for people like me who buy their Mole in a glass jar at Fred Meyer's, and want to try to make some homemade mole.

Some people on here are just ignorant..its called Mexican made easier...the PB substitutes the peanuts used in Mole...and YES with Chicken as someone was surprised..the tortilla is substituded for Mole made with Maiz..some recipes use over 30 or more ingredients. Every person and diff regions of Mex do it differently...i will def try this simple recipe!

Mole Poblano is amazing!...when done right. I can eat it with and on almost anything. I've never seen it done with tostadas and peanut butter, but I'm thinking that's to replace the sesame and almonds that go in the "old school" version? Either way, I can't wait to try this. I'm excited! :D

I am horrified! That's not Mexican food! Sure, there are there are many variations of mexican mole, but this is ridiculous!
