Just that this other character, Girl is in charge of stretching you to other planets (levels) other than that, this game has no plot. Just for relaxing. I love these sort of games.

First time I've seen this game, it's so weird! It's got the same graphics style as the Katamari games, so I suppose it was made by the same people?

Yep. The same guy, Keita Takahashi, is responsible for both this and Katamari.
