@TheRaven1396 For the longest time I gave up on weight loss out of impatience. Eariler this year I scared myself into it and really tried to push my patience since it took 6 months to drop 40 pounds.

@Flash4712 in a calmer tone then our dear friend Fireycat(no offence of course) saying that he said he needs no improvement is simply untrue, for example, lets take his weight. For quite some time he just did his thing and didn't do much about his weight(from what i could tell of course) but awhile back he kept mentioning how he felt he was overweight and needed to improve his condition to keep producing stuff. Now he has lost ton of weight and is able to do better stuff thus proving my point.
