i would say 45%/50% if the producers or the director or who the hell decides those things need to fill some eps she might come back, not for "stay with clark 4ever" but for a while, unfortunatly i think they will end the story with clark and lana together.

I don't think they will go back to that story line. Being that Smallville has only this ongoing season and maybe one more. The story has to move foward to Clark becoming Superman and that doesn't include Alicia and some other characters like Chloe.

Me, I wouldn't want to see any dead characters back is really a waste of time. I want the story to move foward and with all the crappy episodes that Smallville has who wants to see them get stuck again in the story line.

Besides, Clark THOUGHT he loved her, but of course he didn't. Who forgets in like 12 days that the person you love DIED. Just like with the wolf girl he got over it in a couple of hours. And at the end he went back to Lana. Like her or not, she is his first REAL love. I don't like her wither, but it is the truth. The only place Alicia and Clark will still be together is in Fanfiction, Role Playing, and Forums.
