also, this works REALLY well with the montana gold line. you can really shake the can and it's totally silent! I think those cans have a few small steel balls in 'em.

montana also makes can silencers...basically the same thing just a really strong magnet and it goes on the bottom of the can....just puttin it out there if u wanna try this and cant find a strong enough magnet

i got a couple super strong mini horseshoe magnets i use to silence cans. ever since I started doing it, I can't believe I'd never thought of it before. Now I can stride confidently down the lane not making any rattling noises anymore!
