This Rufus is a fucking scrub anyway. In round one he finally had you in the corner and kept hoping around and mashing DP? Like seriously? And at 1:01 he had a chance to use a fully charged ultra, which would have nearly ended the match (Ultra's were powerful in Vanilla) and he just stood there. You guys aren defending him but this Rufus is gutter trash. Now the Dhalsim does play keepaway, but he uses air teleport -> j.hp -> s.mk -> yoga flame so he gets a pass from me :P

Yeah your Dhalsim is complete ass and is probably the reason why a lot of newcomers are put off by this game. That aside, the rufus player should of used focus attack on your yoga sniper and dive kicked you after he knocked you down. Dont take comfort in mocking this guy because you are barely better than him (at the time of this video).
