Miranda wrote this with her husband, Blake Shelton about Blake's brother Richie who passed away in a car accident when Blake was just 15 years old. Blake felt that he would not be able to get up on stage and sing this every night, but would be honored for Miranda to record it.

Heard this for the time the other day on the radio. The dj made me mad when he basically made it seem like it's about a couple breaking up and laughing it off. I think pretty much everyone should know by now it's about Blake's brother. I heard this song was meant for him but he couldn't make it through it. So she recorded it instead. And I love it it's a sad song but she did it beautifully.
