V&T's INYO #22 Baldwin

The INYO, one of the last original operational wood-burners. This locomotive was built in 1875, and can still be seen in operation on Independence Day at the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City.

@ThomasRivette it would probably look like a GS-4 plowing through the twisted remains of a baldwin 4-4-0. I'd like to see the Genoa fixed up and run with Inyo. :]

LivingSteam showed the operation of Virginia & Truckee #22 from the cab, a three-man job (the front brakeman works the tender brakes during yard maneuvers); the Westinghouse air compressor was retrofitted on or around 1900, not having existed when #22 was originally crafted at Baldwin.

I think she looked best in the filming of Disney's "The Great Locomotive Chase".... One of my favorites engines regardless....
