I have a similar PS/1(not working, unfortunately). It's a model 2155 with a 66MHz 486DX/2. It came with that exact monitor as well. :)

@classicmacintosh I just added a link in the description. If you're among the people that can't use MegaUpload I will upload it elsewhere. To make the most of the program it is worth putting it on a clean booting floppy.
