@martinez418 wow...xD..your uneducated on weight training....Bench press is not the answer to everything....When i first started to bench press, i couldnt stop, i thought it was the bomb. But now that i've been taught things while meeting great people, ive learned that bench press does help your push power, but not in your legs back, etc. My max on bench is 255 ok...I weigh 215lbs...I still cannot do 3 pullups....bench does nothing to help in pulling my body upward.

Whats the point in doing this? Your not going to built any mucle at all, your better off bench pressing?

@martinez418 Are you kidding me? I put on 20lb lbs of lean body mass in 2 years from doing stuff like this. You MUST be a bench ho...

@justbig Then you have to show me the trick on gaining 20 lbs of mucle, lol" but i still think you would of gain 20 lbs of mucle alot quicker on just weight training and bench press? I tried this before all it did for me was just gave me stamina & a little strengh? This is more for the average person that wants to loose weight? Good cardio!!!

@martinez418 Cardio? Cardiovascular training is more than 1 min of consecutive work. This is anerobic work. When you want to gain muscle you need to do something heavy and hard so that you have a high lactic acid response. A high lactic acid response elicits a high growth hormone response. If you're so versed in the world of weight training then post a reply video of your training. I'd love to see it.
