But I figured out how to fix it! So, first of all, try to think if you've left the player in any extreme temperatures, particularly cold. If you have, then simply run a lighter over the pad for a couple seconds and let it cool a bit. This should get it working just fine. If it stops working again, just do the same thing. Good luck!

My touchpad has stopped working!
I've tried to contact Samsung but they've kept me on hold for over an hour which is ridiculous.
I love this MP4 player so I'm really sad this has happened.
I'd really appreciate it if someone could even guess at how to fix it.
I have tried resetting it by the way and that didn't work either

i own this thing...and i must say it is damn good!!!...Video quality os excellent and audio is Ok....better buy a nice pair of headsets than use the one bundled in...iwould prefer a senheisser headset...and the price is cheap too...igot for Rs.3600/- only at Croma!!!!....i would very much recommend it!!!

@s3s5s2 thats the thing man, i own a T10 as well and recently bought a ZuneHD, and after a week i realized how much i love my T10, but i want something new from samsung. Q2 looks exactly like T10 but it does have better battery life than the Q1
