Well this is a big wheel version and they make a small wheel version of these bikes. If you can touch tip toe on this or any bike it's perfect.

@HALO3286 The expert series bikes have longer swing arms and bigger tires. I bet on ebay you could find some tires and a swing arm and bolt it on.
