This is Occupy London at the 'repossessed' empty UBS building, as filmed by The Guardian. It shows how positive squatting can be (and often is). Note how they aim to provide value to the community, intend to be friendly to neighbors, and intend to clean up the building... and all by bringing a commercial property that's been empty for years back into public and positive use.

And this action generates filing fees, service fees etc. for local courts and serving agents, paid by the bankers not the squatters if they have no significant assets.

With this in mind, the enforcement system should welcome repeat bissness.
