Liquid Mountaineering is a new sport which is attempting to achieve what man has tried to do for centuries: walk on water. Or to be more precise: running on water. We are developing the sport from scratch. By accident we found out that with the right water repellent equipment you can run across bodies of water, just like a stone skimming the surface.
Liquid mountaineering is performed by professionals under professional supervision. Accordingly I must insist that attempting to do so is dangerous.

if there were a platform so close to the surface how does the jet ski sink lower? if there was platform of some kind just below the suface wouldn't said platform get very slippery making the curved entry angle imposible? and as for mythbusters, i dont recall them using a technique similar to this, and in all honesty this vid has so many views that eventually they will probably revisit it anyway. so lets wait and see.

in the last seconds of the clip, in that slow motion, you can see that the foot enters the water and stops after a short distance at all steps exactly the same. This is clearly because of a floor right under the water level :P If it would have been truth, they would have participated in the Mythbusters episode that shows this as busted :P
