I think it's back to the basic principals of survival mentality. Men think about survival more than women. It's probably fair to say that of 100% gun owners in America, 75% are owned by men, and 25% by women. Guns = safety, Precious metals = safety. Hopefully I don't come across as sexist, but honestly, of all my gun owning friends, 3 out of 4 of them are men.

Good point that women need to be more involved in buying silver as part of their shopping. One objection though: I am a PhD from a tier-one Univeristy and I am buying silver like crazy. Some billionaires are also buying silver. Many famous investors (Jim Rogers, Peter Schiff) are buying. So I say silver is for every savvy investor (rich or poor, including you) EXCEPT for those evil banksters, who are short on silver. Keep stacking!! Crash JPM*rgn! Vote for Ron Paul for your liberty!
