Okay, fair enough. But look at how much of his committee showed up for the hearing: nobody's listening to what the dude has to say. He's made himself irrelevant. But this is still important testimony. (Unfortunately, I can't get past 3 minutes of it for some reason!)

Very long, but worths the patience. Important issues adressed, like acessibility (especially machine readability) of information already online, privacy concerns (and public misconceptions about this), etc. Great video. Btw, having this on youtube is already a good example of e-Gov =D
