You don't need to physically touch the speedometer to change the mileage, just plug in the computer and away you go.

High bite doesn't mean knackered clutch. If its so high that youre not sure its working then thats obvious but my boxster clutch bite point was high from new and it lasted 55,000 miles and never changed in bite point until it went.
