What about Porsche with a more efficient gun-engine? Just google gun-engine - invention by a Polish Canadian Kazimierz Stan Holubowicz.

it doesnt. like i saying the cvt can easily eliminate the effects of throttle lag.
and with the ratios thinghy, you can put a really large gear ratio between the cvt and the engine, say 10:1, and the cvt will run within its rev range.
cheers.

@ASSHOLELA I'm not disputing it, but what makes you think that this car has a CVT? Even with a CVT, the car will still eventually run out of ratios - leading to an increase in revs.
-
With a CVT the engine speeds wont have to vary at all., and all it needs to do is to shift down continuosly while the engine stays in the same revs.
-
@scrfce123 i see your point.

@penguinmaster7 Wouldn't be the greatest... Although they produce good power and torque figures, gas turbines aren't exactly tactile. They take a while to vary speeds. Therefore, top speed would probably be very good, but acceleration would be lackluster. On the plus side, it would be the smoothest thing on wheels.

Where is the smoke upon start-up? I'm stupid for even typing this.

I have a 928S.
I didn't think it could sound any better... but you did it!
Congrats!
Move over Batmobile... Porsche 928 is coming through!
-
imagine its "pedal to the metal" performance!

Sounds like it ignited too early
this video needs to be longer. I want to see what that thing can do. Very cool conversion BTW.
