The Smith & Wesson Model 310 Night Guard is a large framed, six shot revolver designed expressly for self-defense. Chambered for both the potent 10mm Auto and 40 S&W cartridges, this handgun packs a serious punch. Watch along as Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA, gives this big Smith & Wesson a workout to determine how it rates overall as a concealed carry firearm in three important areas.

One thing everyone has to consider is that larry always shoots off hand dualing style. I imgaine all of these guns would pan out better if you used two hands to aim and fire.

I'd hate to fire that light bastard with full house 10mm ammo.

I have this revolver in .357 magnum and kill assailants with it on a daily basis.

6 shot .40 revolver -vs- 10+ shot semi auto. I'll stick with the semi auto.

@mwcoleburn To everybody reading: you can only shoot .40 in place of 10mm in revolvers because they headspace off the case rim in autos. OK, back to your regularly programmed awesomeness...
