You will need a kettlebell and a timer ( http://www.gymboss.com?src=IAP )

5 single leg deadlifts
5 renegade rows
5 squats with double dip
5 walkout press ups with double press up
5 side planks with leg raises

Do these 5 exercises for 5 sets. Rest for 30-60 seconds.
