Astraea administered over mankind during the Golden Age when there were no wars, hunger, suffering, or strife. In the Bronze Age she got so disgusted with mankind she left for the stars. She can been seen today as the constellation Virgo and the scales of justice she uses as Libra.
Astraea's dream is to one day return to Earth and usher in a new Golden Age of humanity.
