I never liked the tracks that are skinny like that. You probably should have gotten off the track to look at your bike and get it started.

sorry but that didn't sound like a propper drifting... try to lean first then gently brake (gently>harder>harder>etc) until you hear the rear tyre "yelling" or going (very) little sideways... it worked for me :D
