If your simulator uses the same plug as a Spektrum or JR Tx trainer cord, than yes it will work. I would not recommend using this Tx with a simulator though, because it will be very twitchy / sensitive to small movements.

What are you planning to fly? Don't forget like I did that LP stands for Low Power. In other words about 100 yrds. I crashed a plane beyond repair because I first thought it was the RX, then the speed controller, and so on until someone pointed out the LP. Oops

Elevon mixing and V-tail mixing is not working. I've been looking all over the internet and everyone says that switches 3 & 4 do mix, but do not mix properly. please help. if you hook up servos and turn on dip switches 3 or 4, you will see what is happening.

I would try only both my Lp's are set up for Buddy Box only. I will ask around.

i don't believe this radio has dual rates like the dx5e...i really wish this radio had dual rates so i wouldn't have to buy another radio

Another big thank you! I had no clue what they were! I was able to figure out how to get things to work with my DX6i transmitter! I use dual ailerons as well so that took some work but I got it all to work! Good stuff!!

Very informative, I upgraded to the dx6i but I still have this and its nice to know more about it, I got it with a cx3 but it had no manual at all!

ic, well I'm in the slow process of making a simple flying wing foamy. Pretty much I'm taking my CX2 parts to make a plane. its has a 2' wing span. I don't care if it breaks, i just want a plane to mess around with in a small field. lol I may make a conventional plane out of my CX2 if the elevon mixer doesn't work out. it's funny how the transmitter seams like it can do v-tail and elvons, but... it doesn't hahaha, figures. THANKS FOR THE HELP :D
