  • We look for dogs between the age of 6 month and 1.5 years. It takes 6 months to 1 year to train each dog.

  • i am just now training my 9 month old great danebull i am not wheelchair bound but i have injuries that someitmes prevent me from bending down much because of severe back injuries and when my blood sugar gets to low i pas out,i am training him so that he can be with me and help me..i have asecond dog that is so smart he learns everything but stay quickly but couldnt ever be a service dog

  • @GivingIndependence Can you really start training at 2 yrs. of age? I thought they should be working by then.

  • Check out the video, "Puppies Trained to Help Children with Special Needs" on the Project2Heal channel. It is an amazing story for a great cause!

  • This is excellent work with dogs.

  • The dogs are all from animal shelters and rescues. We take them into our program at around 7months to 2 years of age. They are all dogs there were either strays in the community of dogs that someone never took the time to train- so they ended up back at the shelter. Any dog can learn new skills!
