All of the unmarked units have been getting LEDs put in the lights like this, most of the Mondeos now have them

i wonder if this really is the met, i know the siren makes sence, but the rear flashing lights are not on the old fleet of unmarks and the top light is different, but does resemble the driving school larger one, it could just be a one off, i dont know any ideas?
