Watch "Sustained Spinning Hoop size 32" Diameter" for full explanation of technique. 39" Diameter Hoops are my Hoops of choice. They allow more time and less effort. Notice the ability of openness and and fluidity. This practice is actually a combination of 2 techniques: SUSTAINED SPINNING & LIQUID TECHNIQUE. Liquid technique is uniting the attributes of water with your body. You have to imagine you are a body of water and your Hoop is the bed of rocks guiding you. Though, like water, you can exert your force on the Hoop (rocks) and move whatever way you want while still maintaining fluidity.

  • everything is bigger in portland! Nice bod.

  • Love !!! So sensi

  • Do you know what size polypro your hoop is.. like 3/4" OD or 5/8" OD? I'm looking at getting my first polypro and I think I'll start with a 38", but I'm not sure what size tubing I should go with. I want to be able to do breaks but I don't want it to be so flimsy it breaks or bends. Thanks for any help and I love your hooping. :)
