@tonyfalca that sounds like a good philosophy. that reminds me of a book description i read recently. anyways, ive heard some pretty crazy things about isolation chambers, but basically that they can be very enlightening.

Like Eckhart Tolle quotes Jesus;
Forgive them, for they know not what they do

Like seeing beauty in a rainy day. It ruins the day for some ppl or at least creates more negativity when it does not have to.
what brought you to use the isolation chamber? ive always wanted to try one!

@tonyfalca Try something different. I used to try 1 different thing per month. It helped to stretch my comfort zone.

My "crow" is tail-gaters. Gets me every time. This undoubtedly is a carry-over from childhood feelings of inadequacy. Tail-gaters are employing a "soft-terrorism". They feel anonymous in their vehicle and so feel that they can terrorize people with impunity by tail-gating and sort of "forcing" them to drive faster by implying that you are "inadequate" as a driver (and probably as a person!). My job is to realize that these people DO IT TO EVERYBODY, not just me! ;-)

@TadRapidly I don't take tailgaters personally. It probably just means I'm going too slow in the fast lane. It's just easier for me to get over to a slower lane and enjoy my day. You're right many things we take personally is more about the other person than us.
