Week 6 Vlog update for P90X. My current weight is 175 lbs. and my body fat is 19%. Most of the fat is around my "Belly" area and it's always the hardest part for anyone so, I'm watching my food and calories along with working out. Hello, my name is "Wil" aka "Creative Soul" online and this is my channel for P90X. We all have seen the TV commercials on late night TV about how it can help get you in shape. Well, after watching real people and not paid actors on youtube use the program with success, I decided to try it for myself. I will be training with P90X for the next 90 days and will use this channel to document my journey and hope that it will inspire you!

  • Bibbeny, Thanks for the compliment! Being a chef and cooking for other folks is hard work so I know you don't feel like cooking for yourself when you get home. I have fallen off the wagon several times so I understand and it's okay, just brush yourself off and get back on the wagon. PS "I'll remember to plate my dishes better now that I know you are a chef" :)

  • Hey Rachel, there's a geese that will chase ya if you come too close so I try to stay out of the way. I was just walking and felt like doing a quick little workout while I was in the park because I didn't know when I would be back there. I will do a video on the meals I thought tasted good to me when I get a chance. I'm glad the vid inspired you because it helps me to get off the couch & workout also :)
