Awesome Gimp Signature Tutorial.

This is my first video tutorial.
It's helpful if you're just starting out.
I'd have to give myself a 5/5 either way. It's a great video.

In the video, I talked about a website called planterenders.net. There you have to register, but it's quick and easy. They have the image that I used which is called a render. They have a see through background, so they just look really great on your signature. So go there for renders and such. Deviantart probably has renders as well if you don't feel like registering (although it doesn't take that long). If you'd just like to use any image offline such as google, go ahead. Be creative. It's your work.

If you are a beginner, you probably want some fancy brushes, since the Gimp doesn't give too much for option. Here is a great tutorial on how to install these gimp brushes. It's very quick and easy. But, don't become addicted to downloading so many brushes at once. LOL! Here is the link to my install new gimp brushes vidl;

Keep in mind that you need a program like winrar to extract these brushes.

Oh, If anyone was wondering, there was recently an upgrade in the Gimp. I still have 2.6.0, so let me know how the new upgrade works and I'll upgrade. You should still be able to find exactly where everything in the tutorial is.
