All are CHINESE. The tibetan people are also CHINESE. All people in CHINA are CHINESE (Tóng bào 同胞 = of the same or from the same or fellow brothers and sister or fellow countrymen ). Hence, all the CHINSE mourns for the earthquake victims.

@teknotoast what i said is very clear. the disaster happened in the tibetan area. they are just save themselves. ok? In additon, Chinese govement try to save them and pay for much , the labor , military and money. you tell me where the money come from? from tibetan? you tell me where the labor come from? from tibetan? it is from all over China!!! so if u do not know the truth, do not mislead others.
