46% at all 200.000 +80.000 allready living in Abkhazia would be 46%. by taking all prapiska of 1989

As far do they understand Russian they would be able to understand this News too or? any way your 300.000 are far more less. I would say about 200.000 ethnic georgians, the other 100.000 are not living in Georgia. They are living now in Greece,Israel,Russia or other part`s of the World.For them it is very easy to come back,few did so but the mayority still stay there. Just few Weeks ago i did see an old Greek comming back. By the way.. Russian cultur was ever more close to me than Georgian
