@saltlakecity2002 Still all that craziness can effect someone's performance...she was rattled and the stress of competing finally got to her..NBC said the aftermath of the Kerri Strug vault was happening during her routine..so NBC not completely wrong but could have used a better explanation..they did for the hype.

Amezing routine, love the idea to use Charlie Chaplin's music as a gesture of recognition to the American culture and she pulled it so well! Much more original than Mocheanu's cheese routine on country music.

yes dina was on floor when kerri vaulted
BUT galieva was on floor when kerri was being kerried (pun intended) out of the arena, so the crowd was still pretty loud
watch the all around when they tell the roza-floor exercise-story
they say exactly what i just said they said nothing about roza being on floor when kerri vaulted
get your facts straight

@TwisterFlipp95 You are right in that Dina was on the sidelines waiting to go, and right after that you hear her music. However, vault goes faster than floor and Roza still had to go. Perhaps I should alter my post to state that Dina went immediately after Strug and not during, but one cannot do that. Also, why would the vaulting judges be watching Roza if they still had to judge vault?

To Orli182, if you were to watch the BBC coverage of the TF, you would notice that they were being shown live and that Roza Galieva was, in fact, the final Russian performer on Floor. She went AFTER Kerri had vaulted and rec'd her score. The crowd was subdued at the time, although standing.
Russia's order on FX was:
Liapina- During Phelps
Grosheva - " Chow
Khorkina - " Miller
(Dawes had no one- Delay)
Dolgopolova - " Moceanu
Khochetkova - During Strug
Galieva - NO Vault going on.

Guys I watched the UK coverage of the team finals and it was actually Dina Kochetkova who was performing when Kerri vaulted. So NBC is completely wrong.
