He makes it really simple, I like that. I do prefer eggwash and then either breadcrumbs or seasoned flour, and I finish it under the broiler to get some nice color on the cheese, and around the edges of the chicken, but to each his own.
I would have liked to see the finished dish. I'm sure it looked and tasted great.
