香港人生活繁忙, 節奏急促, 要騰出寶貴時間準備步驟繁複需時的豬腳薑確非易事。儘管如此, 各準父母亦無需懊惱, 八珍的經驗師傅願意為你效勞,代你煲豬腳薑。

在八珍四所專門店圴有代售以耐用微波爐盒盛載的二人份量現成豬腳薑蛋醋, 只需加熱即可享用, 方便衛生,滋味垂手可得。

訂購6至12人份量,亦只需於三天前預約 ,簡便快捷。質優馥香的豬腳薑以堅固玻璃容器盛載, 配以吉祥裝飾, 用來自奉或餽贈親友, 同樣大方得體, 倍添喜氣。

材料(十人份量):
- 十斤(4.8公升) 八珍甜醋
- 五斤去皮生薑
- 兩隻豬腳 (亦可選用質地較柔嫩的豬手), 斬開約八至十件
- 熟去殼雞蛋十隻
- 一斤八珍黑糯米醋

做法: 產前一個月

- 預先將甜醋及生薑放入瓦煲內大火煮兩小時
- 每隔一星期煲滾一次, 以免細箘及霉箘滋生

派送前一天
- 把豬手豬腳放入滾水中飛水去油及沖洗乾淨
- 把豬手豬腳放入已預備好的薑醋中煮滾
- 以慢火煲豬手豬腳至腍熟,加入八珍黑糯米醋稀釋及增加鮮味
- 下雞蛋再煲十分鐘, 即可趁熱享用
