  • At first Roy_R seemed to have understood how Dojo reacted to his dashes to shield, and Dojo seemed relatively suprised at the Dolphin Slashes, and the spotdodges.

Dojo however eventually caught on and tried to punish those Dolphin Slashes, which appeared more frequently as the match went closer to wire to wire (probably as Roy_R is afraid that Dojo is reading & punishing his spotdodge tactics by baiting them now and wants to just swat Dojo away to reset the situation).

    Good shit. =)

  • did you just say kadaj is pretty good and that he should counter more? >.>

At a high level players tend to grab so counters get punished.

  • lol its pretty funny that its legit now XD

  • Hey do any of you people know if Roy_R has a Youtube account?

  • Sorry I was just watching one of kadaj's vids...... and i noticed this was royR making the comment i responded to that more ignorant.

  • But you can predict that, and footstool to an even more epic spike. :D

    Amirite?

  • so basically its because you dont have enough time before mk air dodges

    >_>

  • how come nobody techs anymore?

  • Yeah ur right I actually realized that last week.

But its not because you dont have enough time to pull it off, it's because MK has enough time to airdodge. Marth has enough time for the SH and dair, just by that time MK is out of the release stun.

    >_>

  • ...Marth most definitely does not have a guaranteed dair follow-up on a grab release on MK. Think logicially - the timing is already very strict to dash, short hop, and fair MK out of a grab release. Not only would you not have time to pull off a dair (because you'd have to chase closer to MK given dair has less range than fair does), it's impossible for you to possibly gain the sufficient vertical height to tipper a dair given all you have time for is a short hop.
