Thanks man for this... I usually do this in the last frame in league if the points don't matter just for the hell of it. My best is only 4 strikes in a row and I bowled a 180 once. Odd thing is it isn't that hard if you are an ok bowler, I average 190 forward. I've done a few games and average around 140 backwards. The biggest thing that you need to be aware of to do this is to make sure you have your hand over the ball, not under, then the mechanics are easy.
