Yes, you have a point but they need to love in order to have that child. Their love is the sorce of their power. If you were to say that they are not supposed to love, then they are not suppost to be HiME. To disconnect them from that they would not be who they are makeing them not be a HiME. The whole point is to trap them between a unstoppable force and a hard wall. They will be bitter but thankfull in the end because of their luck.

@ChireSakura mai hime anime - just amazing mai hime manga - didnt like it, the anime way way better
mai otome manga - way better than the anime, the characters are better. And the main character was actually a boy disguised as the princess and he was really nice. Unlike the anime version. mai otome anime - didnt like it
