  • ok, so where is MCC in this video?

  • She's in the white t-shirt and jeans, with her hair pulled back, to Joan's left (the right as you look at the screen)

  • great!!! what do they say at 4:28????

  • Part of the chorus, "I once loved you dearly." Just before Joan's updated "And if you're offering me diamonds and rust, well I'll take the diamonds." (Course, the now updated version that she sings ends "I'll take the Grammy")

  • Que versão deliciosa de Diamonds and Rust!!! Ficou linda em três vozes! Alguém conhece as cantoras que acompanharam Joan Baez? - Does anyone knows who are the singers singing with Joan?

  • For a number of years, Joan appeared with Mary Chapin Carpenter, and Amy Ray and Emily Saliers (the Indigo Girls) as "4 Voices in Harmony". It is this in configuration that they performed at Newport in 1993. Mary Chapin is to Joan's left (the right side of the video) in a white t-shirt. Emily Saliers is the woman with a cap in blue overalls/green shirt.

  • MCC is the lead vocalist for the first chorus.

  • this is about Bob Dylan

  • Aweseome!!!!! Another fine mix of the "girls" in harmony with other fine musicians.

  • In the past she'd sing "Ten years ago..." and "Yes I loved you dearly..." So true to her words...love u Joan...

  • i'm in love with her spirit

  • I find this to be JB's best song of all time...maybe because she is NOT prosletyzing.....but singing from her broken, broken heart. True art. Fantastic.

  • Gotcha! I thought that was Amy Ray but, now that I know, you can definitely hear MCC's distinct vocals.

  • thanks...:)
