Wow what a powerful question Dr. Bisci! I had to think about it for awhile and what came to me was when I finally got to a place that I stopped blaming everything and everybody for the way my life was this overwhelming amount of willingness emerged to take responsibility for all areas of my life in the present moment. With a lot of forgiveness practice and letting go of old ideas a new awareness of myself started to come about. It really is a bout spirituality and how it manifests in my life
