I find it odd using Nicolai in the beginning now, knowing more about his character by playing through it xD

@Aamzy786 2nd time around they get boring cuz u spend so much time leveling 4 da last boss
-
don't you hate the SP guage. I was wondering why karin just up and started attacking nicolai when I played, lol
-
man! why do some of the cool characters seem to never be in the party throughout the game as a quest character or maybe they either die off or become antagonists X(

Hmm,ok...I'll think about that.I can afford to get Shadow Hearts 1,but at the same time,I'm not entirely sure I want to blow 30 bucks on a game until I get my next paycheck. I would imagine that Covenant's gameplay is better since usually sequels do tend to improve gameplay(USUALLY!). Anyway, how do you feel about the third game? Most reviews tend to state it's a bit of a disappointment to the series.

@shadowagent Despite what people say I like the third game, storywise, yeah it's not as good, but when not compared to the first two games it's pretty good.
Also it has the best gameplay IMO, the first two games are a bit easy in comparison.

Huh,.....I'm really thinking about picking up this series, but I don't think I want to get #1 right now ($27.99 to Covenant's 19.99) Would I miss a lot if I start off from Covenant first?

@shadowagent I started off with Covenant, and if I'm honest if I had the choice now I'd go back and play the first one, as in the second game a major spoiler from the first is leaked almost straight away, then again the gameplay from the second is better, and in your case it's a lot cheaper, but it's up to you really.
