Thanks.We have found that if the wind is variable(direction and velocity) and take off quite difficult that, if 'plane's motor is slightly over powered for model, that down wind (mean direction) take off works well! The OS 55 AX works very well in trainer type/size models if wanting to fly off water. We are all novices at water operations but learning fast.
