Viacom is shutting down 16 channels from Time Warner cable becasue they are jerks. Yet another bad move on Viacoms part

The channels that would be affected are: Comedy Central, CMT: Pure Country, Logo, Palladia, MTV, MTV 2, MTV Hits, MTV Jams, MTV Tr3s, Nickelodeon, Noggin, Nick 2, Nicktoons, Spike, The N, TV Land, VH1, VH1 Classic, and VH1 Soul.

The other company, after Time Warner is Bright House Networks in Tampa and Orlando FL. They are partially owned by Time Warner and Discovery Channel's Advance Newhouse, but it would also be affected. Non the less, Time Warner and Bright House already agreed on the Viacom's fee increase.

What is more silly, is to see an ad in the newspaper, showing a crying Dora The Explorer, while telling the readers that Nickelodeon and other channels will be gone, with an 800 number to call.
