@roryphelan only column #79 failed according to the government and that caused the whole building to fall. That sounds pretty far fetched. There are at least 79 core support columns and I think they would be okay if one failed and according to them no other ones failed, the building just collapsed. The fires in WTC 7 were pretty small and spaced out. Watch a video of Madrid Winsor Tower fire, that stood and the whole building was wiped out by fire. All that remained was the steel structure.

911 was cleary an inside job. Im sure they put the demo shit in the buildings when the buidlings were built. a 47 story steel/concrete built building doesnt fall due to fire. and if it did, u would see resistance. Even if the give was only a low percent, u would still see resistance. The buildings fell at freefall.

I just read the wikipedia entry for WTC 7 and its collapse: Here's some of it:

"...7 WTC was damaged by debris when the nearby North Tower of the WTC collapsed. The debris ignited fires, which continued to burn throughout the afternoon on lower floors of the building. The building's internal fire suppression system lacked water pressure to fight the fires... a critical internal column buckled and triggered structural failure throughout."

Seems like a reasonable explanation to me. Anyone?

diesel fuel does not burn hot enough to burn steel. Like burners on a stove that don't melt from gas which is hotter than diesel fuel.

It was probably rigged with thermite which can be painted on the beams and melt steel unlike diesel fuel.
