@MrPkownz It's called a Snare Drum. It's the Drum usually beside the Foot Cymbals of a Drumset and is the common Drum seen in a Parade outside of the Bass Drums, Tri & Quad sets. I was in Marching/Jazz/Concert Band, so I'm a bit familiar with instruments.
