  • Heyyy buddy im doing the exact same thing! Haha. Im 5'8 135. And i plan to modifiy the p90x nd take outthe cardio part. Im not sure if its a good idea but i want to bulk up . So i plan to consume about 3500 calories also. Consuming supplments nd protein shakes. Well goodluck;)
