@OHHHmar1 There are women and children being killed in every corner of the world. Why are you not protesting the killing of Kurds when a Turkish ambassador visits your university? Or a Russian one? Or a Saudi one? Or a Brazilian one? Or a Mexican one? There are Israeli Jewish women and children dying as well, do you know why? I'm willing to entertain the idea that what the Irvine 11 did was not an attack on free speech, but I don't see how it isn't. If someone isn't allowed to speak, how is that not an attack on their right to free speech, as well as the rights of others to hear him? Keep in mind that the Irvine 11 had every right to protest outside of the assembly. We can't just pick and choose who is allowed to speak on the basis of whether or not we like what they have to say. It's not protest, it's censorship.
