why not use just a ordinary 3.5mm jack aux? whats the difference?

@jerroe081 First years of this vehicle did not have AUX. Plus with AUX you won't be able to control your music through the radio, or steering wheel :)

great tutorial. what are my options if i wanna be able to use the my ipod screen to change the song or pick a playlist. i cant see my civics stock deck being very good at navigating the ipod.
