Have just started listening to this group. The studio version of this soug is awesome, but this sounds terrible. Cristina sounds ok, but wow, Andrea is bad, really bad.

The performances @ Graspop and Wacken were pretty bad in 2009. Both Cristina and Andrea sounded very tired.

Well I guess you can't be on top form all the time ;)

I mean, if the band isn't feeling it, how the heck do they expect the audience to?!

I saw Epica live and they had that problem too...there was no energy...no passion!

They might as well have been singing, instrument playing zombies!

I mean, seriously! The only thing worse than a band who sucks musically, is a band who has no energy or passion! Honestly, bands that don't put passion into their performances seem like they're bored & don't believe in themselves anymore!

@aksteb412011 she does sound good, but she also has "some shit going on for her" (nice way to put it, btw). it's a backing track of studio recorded vocals that plays together (or, in fact, on top of) her live voice during the choruses. the studio version of this song has a peculiar effect applied to her voice and apparently the band or whoever felt that without it the chorus would sound poor. i'm not sure about it, but i do think this way it sounds fake, and noticeably so...

@Oxpost yes, there is on this particular song. there's a backing vocal track during the choruses. it sounds fake once you're aware of it...
