@islamydine its because according to hadith of the prophet sallalahu alaihi wasallam,the best row for men is the first row and the worst row is the last row,whereas the best row for women is the last row and the worst row is the first row.Moreover,men are comanded to lead women,nnot women,and they should observe hijab in front of non-mahrams(strangers),it is better for their chastity and protection.
