I keep hearing that these r hard working ppl & they do 4 their family,but I have yet 2 see any of the kids or grandkids do anything 2 help.They jus sit around all day & the Grandparent do ALL they work.That jus seems so wrong 2 me.Then if they are about family SO much then why would any of Samantha's uncles,male cousins,or anyother male person around let her go down there & talke 2 her husband?Why didn't they tell him 2 leave as a group,they jus all sat back & watched her get pused and spit on.

Just because the family is poor doesn't make them trash. 30% of Perry county live below the poverty line. They choose to live near their families and support them. Other than the little assistance they get most of the family is self reliant and don't depend on the outside world. They could survive without outside influences.

Happy? I rarely see these people happy so i can't understand why people keep calling them that. A simple labor day get together is interrupted by domestic violence. Good times!
